Stephanie J. Coppini, Lead Associate at Ganado Advocates, will be leading the online webinar “ Corporate Governance – An Overview”, organised by SkillsMalta, taking place on the 19th February.
The aim of this webinar is to provide an overview of the much debated and important topic of corporate governance. The session will delve into what corporate governance is about, how it should be applied in practice and what is seeks to achieve.
The webinar will also address the roles and duties of the various persons involved, key considerations to adopt, and reforms in this area. While particularly relevant for directors, the session will be of interest to all stakeholders of a company.
