Friday, 13 February 2026 – CMS INDUSLAW advised Bidra Innovation Ventures, a U.S.-based venture capital fund, on leading the Series C funding round of BigHaat with participation from existing investors.

BigHaat, along with its subsidiary, operates a technology-driven platform that supports farmers through advisory services, input linkages and market access solutions, helping improve productivity and access to agricultural value chains.

CMS INDUSLAW provided end-to-end legal advisory to Bidra Innovation Ventures on the transaction, including structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, negotiation and closing support.
