BigHaat, along with its subsidiary, operates a technology-driven
platform that supports farmers through advisory services, input
linkages and market access solutions, helping improve productivity
and access to agricultural value chains.

Innovation Ventures on the transaction, including structuring, due
diligence, transaction documentation, negotiation and closing
