Fred Bowman has joined as Investment
Manager, based in the company's London office. Fred will work
across underwriting and origination with a focus on UK litigation
and arbitration, supporting clients involved in complex
single‑case and portfolio investments.
With a career firmly rooted in the UK legal and commercial landscape, Fred brings extensive experience across the full legal finance investment lifecycle, including deal origination, legal and commercial due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, negotiation, and asset management. Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, he held senior investment roles at two leading global legal finance organisations, where he originated and managed a wide range of complex single‑case and portfolio investments across high‑value UK commercial, insolvency and securities claims.
Earlier in his career, Fred trained and qualified as a solicitor at a leading London law firm, specialising in complex UK commercial litigation. His practice encompassed shareholder, creditor, insolvency and joint venture disputes, and he qualified as a solicitor advocate, appearing before the English courts.
As the UK market continues to experience strong demand for
sophisticated dispute finance solutions, Omni Bridgeway's
leadership highlighted the importance of Fred's arrival.
