Organizations practice will present a panel titled, Nonprofit
Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Collaborations. This segment
will explore legal considerations when nonprofits “join
forces”, whether through formal merger or through any of the
many intermediate forms of strategic collaboration.
This half day program will take place on March 18th, 2026. The
program is for attorneys interested in learning more about
nonprofit law, as well as those who concentrate on such issues as a
substantial part of their practice.
