NEW YORK (January 21, 2026) – Holland & Knight was recognized in Latinvex's annual list of Top Advisors in Latin America Capital Markets. The Firm ranked 8th among all U.S.-based firms based on total number of transactions and 12th based on aggregate transaction value. Overall, Holland & Knight handled 13 offerings involving Latin America-based companies, totaling more than $5.8 billion in 2025.

Notable transactions that the Firm closed in 2025 include the representation of NEXT Properties in its industrial portfolio consolidation, following successful Rule 144A/Regulation S public and private equity offerings, including its $431 million initial public offering (IPO) and $375 million follow-on offering by NEXT Properties' parent company Fibra NEXT. The combined approximately $805 million IPO and follow-on offering represented the largest equity issuance in Mexico in almost a decade and one of the largest IPOs in Latin America in 2025. In addition, Holland & Knight advised NEXT Properties in connection with six Rule 144A/Regulation S exchange offers totaling approximately $1.9 billion in aggregate principal amount for outstanding Fibra UNO senior notes. Holland & Knight also represented Fibra UNO on its Rule 144A/Regulation S issuance of $800 million of dual tranche senior sustainability-linked notes.

The Firm also represented Grupo Energía Bogotá in its $500 million Rule 144A/Regulation S issuance of senior notes in the international capital markets and $605 million issuance and placement program on the Colombian Stock Exchange, as well as representing Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex) on its inaugural $200 million Additional Tier 1 (AT1) perpetual notes offering in the Rule 144A/Regulation S international markets.

Additionally, Holland & Knight's representation of IDB Invest in its $20.7 million subscription of the first Amazonia bond issued in Colombia made history as the first bond issued that met the Amazonia Bond Issuance Guidelines.

Finally, the Firm also represented IDB Invest, as anchor investor, in numerous private placement and local public capital markets offerings in Panama, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia and Paraguay.

"It is incredibly gratifying to have our strong performance in capital markets offerings by Latin American issuers recognized by Latinvex, a publication that offers extraordinary insight into economic activity throughout Latin America," said Roberto Pupo, co-leader of Holland & Knight's Latin America Practice Group. "These results are confirmation that we are among a small group of go-to law firms within the Americas for sophisticated, cross-border transactions. Our success in this area can be attributed to our exceptionally talented team of lawyers and the full integration of the Firm's U.S., Mexico and Colombia offices, as well as the trust placed in us by both longtime and new clients."

Latinvex, the Miami-based publisher of news and analysis on Latin America business, composed the list based on top offers in Latin America that were tracked by the publication.
