Carey Olsen has advised Coller Capital ("Coller") on the formation and raising of Coller International Partners IX ("CIP IX"), its largest ever fund, bringing the total capital raised to US$17 billion for Coller’s private equity secondaries platform, across its commingled funds, co-investment funds, separately managed accounts and equity perpetual funds, in its latest fundraising cycle.
CIP IX invests in LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions around the globe, focusing on high-quality portfolios. Aligned with Coller Capital’s established private equity secondaries strategy, the fund seeks to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns and resilient performance by providing investors with persified exposure to high-quality equity assets. Coller Capital’s Assets under Management (AUM) now stand at US$50 billion.
