Paksoy advises Amphenol Corporation on its acquisition of CommScope’s Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) business.

Amphenol Corporation is a global leading provider of high-technology interconnect, sensor and antenna solutions. In August 2025, Amphenol entered into an agreement to acquire CommScope’s CCS business, which included a subsidiary in Türkiye. Paksoy acted as Turkish counsel to Amphenol, alongside Latham & Watkins as global counsel, on the Turkish subsidiary related aspects as well as clearance of the transaction before the Turkish Competition Authority.

Paksoy is pleased to announce that a team consisting of partner Serdar Ildırar, and associates Hüsna Çilova and Emre Açıkgöz advised Amphenol on this transaction. Paksoy competition partner Togan Turan and associate Sabiha Ulusoy handled the Turkish merger clearance.
