Our Investment Funds & Corporate team advising on the transaction was led by partner Dilmun Leach with support from senior associate Luke Steele.
This mandate builds on our longstanding relationship with Fuse, including securing approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission to issue utility tokens, as well as supporting Fuse on its earlier Series A fundraise.
