Mintz advised Cultivo, a leading platform for developing and operating natural assets at scale, on its acquisition of leading carbon grasslands project developer Kateri.

Following an 18-month working partnership between Cultivo and Kateri focused on scaling Cultivo's pipeline of US grasslands, the acquisition will combine Cultivo's expertise in grassland asset development and operation with Kateri's relationships and capabilities in carbon project development to harness leading technology for grazing management and soil carbon quantification.
