We are delighted to announce that Sam Karim KC has been elected as a Judge of the International Court of Appeal of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).
The International Court of Appeal is the highest judicial body for resolving appeals in international motorsport. The election took place on 12 December 2025 at the Annual General Assembly of the FIA in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and is for a four-year term from 1 January 2026. Sam will continue with his full-time practice alongside this prestigious role.
This appointment is a testament to Sam’s deep-rooted passion for motorsport, which includes his amateur motor racing, his recent role as Chair of the National Court of Motorsports UK, and his leadership as a director at the British Automobile Racing Club.
