Withers represented City Developments Limited (CDL) on its divestment of Bespoke Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi for JPY14 billion to Real Estate funds managed by Blackstone.
The Withers team was led by Tokyo-based real estate partner, Akinari Nakano, assisted by associate, Shintaro Imazu. Withers has also previously advised CDL on the acquisition of other assets in Japan.
