We advised Sunoco LP on the Bermuda and Jersey law aspects of its acquisition of the TanQuid Group, Germany's largest independent liquid petrochemical storage operator, from Macquarie Asset Management for approximately €500m.
Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean and Europe. The TanQuid Group operates independent tank storage facilities across Central Europe, primarily serving the petrochemical industry.
