Kelley Drye has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the American Signature Chapter 11 cases.

American Signature, operating under the Value City Furniture and American Signature Furniture brands, filed for Chapter 11 protection in the District of Delaware on November 23, 2025. At the time of the bankruptcy filing, American Signature operated 120 stores across 17 states.
