On April 20 and 21, 2026, our colleagues Gabriel Querry (partner), Justine Vinette (lawyer), Daniel Baum (partner) and Nathalie Dubé (partner) will take part in the Strategic Days on Disciplinary and Administrative Law, presented by Open Forum Ouvert.
Gabriel and Justine will give a presentation entitled La confidentialité : de l'enquête à la sanction administrative (Confidentiality: From Investigation to Administrative Sanction) addressing how confidentiality is managed before administrative tribunals.
Daniel will participate in the Q&A segment on practical issues related to hearing management.
Nathalie, together with Jean-François Savoie and Claude-Catherine Lemoine (Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux), will discuss issues involving professional orders and querulants.
