Appleby has acted as Jersey and Guernsey counsel to LondonMetric Property plc (LondonMetric) in connection with the successful execution of a £150 million US private placement and the establishment of a £3 billion Euro-Medium Term Note programme.
This follows the firm's involvement in advising LondonMetric on a number of bilateral unsecured facilities.
The Appleby team, led by partner Jeremy Berchem and counsel Daniel Healy, included Paula Fry, Leona Maharaj and Michael Davies.
The combined funding strategy enhances LondonMetric's financial flexibility, reduces its cost of debt and supports its ongoing investment pipeline.
