They presented the new Swiss Corporate Transparency Act and the
upcoming Swiss UBO register, focusing on the disclosure regimes
applicable to Swiss/foreign companies, funds, foundations and
trusts.
They also presented the new/draft Swiss anti-money laundering
regulations (especially for advisers), comparing them with those of
other financial centers (Luxembourg, UK, USA etc.).
