Borel & Barbey advised Alpian SA for the negotiation of a transfer agreement with Radicant Bank AG, both authorised Swiss banks, to acquire Radicant’s client portfolio.
This transaction follows the public announcement by Radicant of its intention to return its banking licence. The transfer to Alpian allows to offer Radicant’s clients continued solutions, guaranteeing them long-term access to innovative banking services.
The transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent and the client migration is expected to be completed by April 2026.
