Borel & Barbey recently advised Neural Concept SA in connection with a USD 100 million financing round led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with the participation of existing investors Forestay Capital, Alven, HTGF, D.E. Shaw Ventures and Aster Capital.
Neural Concept SA is a Lausanne-based start-up that develops artificial intelligence (AI) software enabling a significant acceleration in the development of components intended for the design of cars, aircraft, and electronic devices.
