Taft Cincinnati attorney Kevin Waklatsi recently presented, “Business Essentials: Start Smart and Understand Business Formation Basics,” at a lunch and learn hosted by the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) on Nov. 18. His presentation covered the different types of business entities, the pros and cons of each structure, and next steps for establishing a business.
The African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) was founded in 1996 to advocate on behalf of emerging and established businesses, help create new market opportunities, provide access to capital, and revitalize African American communities.
