The Real Estate and Healthcare teams advised Epoch Senior Living in connection with the sale of its senior living management platform to Cogir Real Estate. The transaction includes a portfolio of 16 senior living communities across the Northeastern US, comprising independent living and memory care residences. As part of the acquisition, Epoch's leadership team and operational structure will remain in place, ensuring continuity and alignment with Cogir's US growth strategy in the senior housing sector.
The teams additionally advised EPOCH on the sale of its interests in the 16 senior living facilities that it will continue to manage.
