In this informative 60-minute panel discussion, Mr. Thorne will be joined by Mark Hickok (Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation) and Kenneth Ross (Bowman and Brooke LLP) to explore strategies for minimizing risk in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on how product safety professionals can help identify and mitigate safety and legal risks during company or product line transactions.
