TYSONS, Virginia (November 13, 2025) – Holland & Knight represented MetroStar Systems LLC, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled digital transformation services and software provider serving the U.S. defense and national security communities, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Veritas Capital, a leading investor at the intersection of technology and government. The agreement was announced on November 12 and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

The transaction marks a successful exit for Blue Delta Capital Partners and represents a pivotal moment in advancing AI-driven capabilities for U.S. national security.
