Lewis Silkin has advised its longstanding client Headland Consultancy, the reputation and communications consultancy, on its acquisition of Bladonmore, the international digital, brand and content communications firm.
The acquisition equips Headland to support clients with a far broader offering, and across more markets, as senior leaders navigate an increasingly complex picture of stakeholder relationships and scrutiny, and a constantly evolving media and digital landscape.
The transaction was led by Sadiq Tajbhai (Partner), with support from Gabriella Jack (Associate), tax support from Matthew Rowbotham (Partner) and Michael Birchall (Associate) and banking support from Leah Glover (Legal Director).
Commenting on the deal, Sadiq said:
"We're thrilled to have supported our long standing client, Headland Consultancy on this exciting investment and look forward to what is next."
Dan Mines, CEO of Headland commented:
"It was fantastic to have Lewis Silkin alongside us throughout this journey. Their expertise and support helped us take an important step towards our vision of building a broader, international reputation and communications advisory business."
