Ward and Smith is proud to announce that Jeremy Wilson, leader of the firm’s Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice, has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national, invitation-only organization that recognizes excellence in trial advocacy and the highest standards of professionalism.

ABOTA membership is extended exclusively to experienced trial lawyers and judges who have demonstrated exceptional skill, integrity, and civility in the courtroom. Attorneys must have significant civil jury trial experience as lead or co-counsel to be considered for membership and have an established reputation for integrity. ABOTA is dedicated to preserving and promoting the right to a civil jury trial as guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment, while fostering the ethical and technical standards that define the nation’s most respected advocates.

Jeremy’s induction reflects his deep experience and commitment to trial advocacy. Throughout his career, Jeremy has established a reputation for his dedication to clients and professionalism in every phase of litigation. ABOTA membership also reflects Ward and Smith's deep experience with trial advocacy, including its attorneys' willingness to pursue cases to jury verdict on behalf of their clients.

Jeremy's invitation now makes him the fifth Ward and Smith attorney to become an ABOTA member, joining Brad Evans, Charles Ellis, Lynwood Evans, and Ryal Tayloe.
