Deloitte Luxembourg revealed its brand new web-based platform DBoard. The firm is now offering its clients a digital ecosystem in which users get a detailed and real-time overview of the projects they have entrusted to Deloitte. DBoard is built to strengthen the user experience in professional services, and gives the firm's clients instant access to dashboards, project reports, data and documents. Ultimately, the platform offers the users more control over their activities and preferred project views, a range of new possibilities of analyzing data, as well as simplified communication and exchange of documents and information.

"DBoard is not specific to one industry or function, but a customized and scalable digital ecosystem with built-in tools that make it possible for us and our clients to leverage synergies in everything from dashboards and reporting to communication," explains Vincent Gouverneur, Partner and Clients & Markets Leader at Deloitte Luxembourg.

First stop: asset managers

In this first release, Deloitte is targeting the asset management industry, and especially players operating global distribution networks. DBoard offers a range of business applications, and provides a harmonized and consolidated view on and access to services and data. New features and applications are already being designed for other industries within the financial sector, as the platform aims to become a common digital vector for client interaction and servicing covering an array of different industries and client types.

With the launch of its digital platform, Deloitte Luxembourg is taking an important step toward a digital way of working with their clients, adding a suite of new features and consolidation options possible through new web-based models.. In a business environment where increased regulatory requirements coupled with cost-cutting solutions are intensifying the pressure on resource-constrained teams, web-based platforms are gaining traction.

"Ultimately our objective is to enhance our clients' day-to-day control of back-office functions while providing analysis and insights to improve their business decisions and client conversations," comments Vincent Gouverneur.

Close collaboration

Deloitte Luxembourg worked in close collaboration with the international software development company Luxoft to develop DBoard and the platform solution is hosted in Luxembourg.
