Pantheon Underwriters is a German managing general agency specializing in insurance solutions for M&A and real estate transactions (W&I insurance). The focus is on medium-sized transactions in the DACH region. Pantheon Underwriters was founded in 2022 by Michael Gaul and Dr. Xianbei Li. The founders and managing directors will continue to lead the business in the future.
