Bray recently presented a session titled "Legal Aspects of Infection Prevention in Long-Term Care Settings" at the 2025 Statewide Program for Infection Control and Epidemiology (SPICE) Conference. The event brought together nearly 200 infection prevention professionals from across North Carolina to explore current trends and challenges in healthcare infection control.
Before beginning her legal career, Donna worked in healthcare as a Burn Intensive Care nurse, Infection Control practitioner, and Risk/Claims manager for UNC Hospitals. Drawing from that experience, she now focuses her practice on defending healthcare clients in medical malpractice and administrative matters. Donna is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America" and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants (2013–2026).
Alicia, who has more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, advises and defends long-term care facilities, home health care agencies, and healthcare providers in risk management and litigation throughout North Carolina.
