Laurel D. Roglen, a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights, and Restructuring Group, has been named to the 2025 40 Under 40 list of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), a premier national organization of accomplished bankruptcy professionals.
ABI’s 2025 40 Under 40 list includes honorees from across professional disciplines—including attorneys, judges, trustees, accountants, financial advisers, academics, and researchers—“who demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community” and “are distinguished by professional achievements and service.” Honorees were selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals.
Laurel and her fellow awardees will be recognized during the ABI's Winter Leadership Conference in December in Tucson, Arizona.
