McKercher LLP Community Fund recipient, Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP), Regina Region Inc., is making a difference by providing specialized services to families of young children between birth and school entry who are either at risk for, have a diagnosis of, or exhibit developmental delay. Whether it is working with families with children ages 0-6 years to help strengthen their skills or providing supports through home visits and community connections, their work helps young children with developmental delays thrive.
"It is through early intervention that the outcomes improve for these children, their families and our communities." – Nicole Smith, Director of Programs, ECIP, Regina Region Inc.

Community engagement is central to McKercher LLP's history. For nearly 100 years, we have supported charitable initiatives that uplift local, provincial, and national communities. In 2023, our firm further strengthened this commitment by launching the McKercher LLP Community Fund—an initiative that invests in projects aligned with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Education & Literacy, and Community Development. Through this fund, we foster opportunities, strengthen communities, and inspire future volunteers, all rooted in our Prairie Pride. Serving Saskatchewan means giving back in the places where we work and live.
McKercher LLP thanks (ECIP) Regina Region Inc. for the work they are doing, providing opportunities for early childhood development to those who need it most our community. Our firm is proud to support this creative and highly impactful community initiative.
