Düsseldorf – Mayer Brown has advised the shareholders of the OMEGA Group on the sale of their majority stake to Bencis. The OMEGA Group, a system provider for large and complex metal assemblies, consists of five companies in Saxony, Germany, covering a wide range of processing technologies.
Bencis is an independent investment company with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium that supports entrepreneurs and management teams in realizing their growth ambitions.
The owners will retain a stake in the OMEGA Group. The aim is to create the leading European system supplier of large and complex metal assemblies for the industrial technology and defense sectors.
