Ballard Spahr Real Estate Partner Alyssa Domzal has been appointed by Mayor Brandon M. Scott to the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts’ (BOPA) Board of Directors.
BOPA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as Baltimore City’s arts council. By providing funding and support to artists and arts organizations, BOPA’s goal is to make Baltimore a more vibrant and creative place to live and work.
Alyssa will serve a two-year term on the board. She joins six other appointees, who represent a broad range of industries and perspectives and share a deep commitment to fostering Baltimore’s vibrant creative community. At Ballard Spahr, Alyssa represents owners, developers, and investors in a wide range of both commercial real estate transactions and land use and zoning matters. Her work has involved some of Baltimore’s largest and highest-profile developments, including Baltimore Peninsula and UMB BioPark.
