William Fry is delighted to have worked with Fried Frank in advising TowerBrook Capital Partners on its equity investment in the GMC Utilities Group, one of Ireland’s leading civil and engineering firms that specialises in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in the water, gas, power, telecoms, public and renewables sectors.

TowerBrook, a transatlantic investment firm headquartered in London and New York with over USD$25 billion in assets under management, has invested across Europe and North America in the areas of business services, consumer products and services, financial services and healthcare.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
