Holdings, LLC—composed of principals from leading privately
held medical cannabis dispensary operator Restore Integrative
Wellness Center, LLC—in the acquisition of the Pennsylvania
affiliate of The Cannabist Company Holdings, Inc. (Cannabist), and
its three dispensaries.
The acquisition includes medical dispensaries in Scranton,
Allentown, and Wilkes-Barre, which will be rebranded to the Restore
brand, Cannabist said in anannouncement. The sale includes a concurrent
supply agreement for products produced by Cannabist's
grow/processing affiliate, Green Leaf Medicals, LLC.
