Bray has more than 30 years experience representing both corporate and individual clients in all types of real estate acquisition, financing, development, and sale transactions. He has significant experience in the acquisition and development of land for commercial, residential and mixed use condominium and planned community projects, including condominium conversions. As a complement of his practice, Bray works closely with the public finance team and often serves as special counsel to cities and municipal development authorities in connection with commercial real estate development projects.
Farach is a partner in Taft's West Palm Beach office, bringing decades of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, developers, and individuals in high-stakes trial and appellate litigation as well as complex real estate transactions.
Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements and economic incentives. He helps secure necessary approvals and land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the Midwest. Grady formerly served as the City of Chicago Zoning Administrator and Commissioner of Buildings. He is a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago. Grady is the founder of Chicago African-Americans in Commercial Real Estate (Chi-AACRE), now known as AAREP Chicago.
