We are delighted to announce that our associate, Theodora Alexandrou, has been awarded the prestigious Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) with distinction, following the June 2025 examination session.
Theodora is a practicing lawyer at the corporate and private client department of the firm. She obtained her LLB in Law from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom in 2020, graduating with first class honours. She went on to complete her LLM in Legal Practice (LPC) at City University of London in 2021, achieving a distinction. In June 2022, she successfully passed all Cyprus Bar exams, ranking 7th overall, and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar later that year.
The ADIT, conferred by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK), is recognised worldwide as a leading professional qualification in international tax. Attaining the designation requires rigorous study and examination across three specialist papers, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in the field of international taxation.
Theodora's outstanding performance is a testament to her dedication and professional excellence. It also reflects our firm's commitment to continuous learning and to equipping our people with the skills needed to deliver sophisticated, value-driven solutions to clients in today's complex international environment.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Theodora on this remarkable achievement.
