CHICAGO (August 27, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Achieve Partners on the healthcare regulatory aspects of its strategic growth investment in Chicago-based Westside Children's Therapy, a children's therapy provider offering physical, occupational, speech, applied behavior analysis (ABA), diagnostic and counseling services. The transaction was announced on August 25.
Westside also operates a unique training program that provides select clinical providers the opportunity to achieve the in-demand Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification offered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Through the strategic partnership, Westside aims to double the income for at least 100 Registered Behavior Technicians through BCBA attainment by the end of 2026, as well as to expand educational benefits to other therapy disciplines.
