Company, as part of the company’s Series D funding round led
by ChrysCapital and 360 ONE Asset.
The transaction involved a combination of primary and secondary
investment, enabling Fireside Ventures – an early investor
– to sell its partial stake through a secondary share
sale.
The Sleep Company is a fast-growing comfort-tech brand known for
its proprietary SmartGRID® technology across sleep and seating
solutions.
