The transaction involved the acquisition of a stake previously
held by existing investor, Tiger Global Internet Fund.
Urban Company is a leading marketplace for home-services and
beauty-at-home in India and select international markets,
delivering a range of services via a network of trained
professionals and technology-driven logistics.
