advised AB Wibe Group, a Sweden-based global leader in cable
management solutions and part of the Storskogen Group, on its
proposed acquisition of Pushpak Fabricators, manufacturer of steel
cable trays, ladders and accessories.
This acquisition structured as a sale of business as a going
concern on a slump sale basis for a lump sum consideration.
The acquisition will mark a significant step in Wibe
Group’s strategy to expand its footprint in the fastgrowing
Energy & Infrastructure sectors across India, the Middle East
and Southeast Asia.
