Sonnedix on its second major refinancing transaction, valued at
EUR1.37bn. This deal covers a portfolio of 1,040MW of both existing
and new solar photovoltaic (PV) assets across France, Italy,
Poland, and Spain.
Building on a previous refinancing completed in December 2024,
this latest transaction consolidates a dozen separate project
financings into its debt platform. This streamlined structure was
designed to support Sonnedix's ongoing portfolio expansion, and
the implementation this year shows its flexibility and efficacy in
continuing to scale its multi-technology portfolio across
Europe.
Sonnedix is a global renewable energy producer with over a
decade-long trajectory of sustainable growth. Sonnedix develops,
builds, and operates renewable energy projects for the long-term,
with a focus on providing green, affordable electricity to its
customers, and acting as a true social citizen there where it
operates. Sonnedix currently has a total capacity of over 12GW,
including a development pipeline of almost 7GW, across Chile,
France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland, Portugal, Spain, USA, and
UK.
