In her profile, Beth was praised for her work supporting Platinum Equity's leveraged buyout of Kohler Energy, a challenging multi-jurisdictional structure involving borrowing base assets in several countries, and the spin-off of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure LLC's aviation and infrastructure businesses during a volatile market. In her own words, Beth noted that "success has only one measure: getting a complex deal across the finish line," particularly in cross-border transactions that require navigating multiple jurisdictions and parties to meet tight deadlines.
