Arendt & Medernach has acted as legal advisor to the initial
purchasers of the U.S.$500,000,000 7.500% Senior Notes issuance by
Adecoagro S.A. which is a leading sustainable production company in
South America and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
The notes with a total issue size of U.S.$500,000,000 were
issued on 29 July 2025 with a maturity of seven (7) years and a
coupon of 7.500%.
The net proceeds from the notes offering will be used by the
issuer (i) to fund a tender offer conducted by the issuer to
purchase for cash any and all of its 6.000% notes due 2027, and
(ii) the remainder, if any, for general corporate purposes,
including capital expenditures and liability management.
