On Aug. 13, Hayden will be featured in the session “Structuring Your Corporate Reorganization to Minimize Tax Consequences,” and Cook will participate in “Sourcing Receipts and Sales – Case and Legislative Update for Situsing.”
On Aug. 14, Tassone will present “Navigating Tax Credits and Incentives: A guide for Ohio’s Industrial and Energy Sectors,” Kline will speak on “CAT News, Developments, and Audits,” Cook with contribute to “Unpacking Ohio’s Specialized Business Taxes,” and Hayden will conclude the conference with an ethics session.
