The M&A team advised Beekeeper on its sale to LumApps, a global leader in next-generation intranet platforms owned by Bridgepoint Partners. The transaction values the combined company at more than $1 billion and will create the first AI-powered Employee Hub — an all-in-one productivity and communication platform for frontline and desk-based employees. Together, they will deliver comprehensive workforce coverage across industries and regions, enabling unprecedented cross-selling, scaled distribution, and accelerated innovation. The combined company will serve over 7 million users across 2,000+ clients in all major industries.
LumApps will continue to be majority owned by funds managed by Bridgepoint.
Beekeeper empowers frontline businesses and workers with digital solutions that connect them to the tools, processes, and systems they need to do their best work. Founded in 2012, Beekeeper’s mobile-first platform was purpose-built for deskless employees—who make up 80% of the global workforce but have long been underserved by traditional workplace technology. With the Frontline Success Platform, companies can automate paper-based processes, communicate with employees in real time from anywhere, and boost engagement, productivity, and safety across frontline teams. Organizations worldwide use Beekeeper to connect their teams, unify operations, and drive their businesses forward.
The deal team was led by Larry Chu, Katherine Baudistel, Thomas Dupont-Sentilles, Louis Jambu-Merlin, Rachel Totten and Hayden Kursh.
