In June, Proskauer's Chicago office hosted its second gathering for in-house alumni at the London House rooftop. The evening followed a similar event that took place in November 2024 and marked a second step in establishing a network for Proskauer's in-house Chicago alumni which provides space and opportunity for individuals to support each other both personally and professionally.
In addition to enjoying spectacular views of the Chicago skyline, attendees spent the evening sharing personal and professional updates as well as recounting stories from their years working together at Proskauer.

"I relocated from a role in New York City to a new job in Chicago in early 2024," said ;Candace Sady, general counsel, Personal Care – North America at Kimberly-Clark. "While there were countless Proskauer friends and alumni in the New York Metropolitan area, chances to connect with alumni in Chicago are much more limited. It means everything to come together in a space where I can share and connect with former and current Proskauer attorneys who have a shared connection and background and live and work in my new home."
"It was an incredibly difficult decision to leave Proskauer," recalled ;Alex Oxyer, senior employment counsel at Optiver, who gave her notice in January 2024. "I value these gatherings not only because they allow me to catch up with former colleagues, but also because they keep me apprised of how Proskauer continues to evolve."
The evening also provided Proskauer with an opportunity to share the celebration our 150th ;anniversary with our alumni, who have been instrumental in helping us continue to grow and succeed.
