Taft Cincinnati partner Erica Spitzig will join a panel discussion at the Industrial Water Solutions Conference in Columbus, Ohio, on June 25.

Spitzig advises clients on Clean Water Act matters, including NPDES permitting, compliance, stormwater permitting, and enforcement defense. She has represented municipalities and associations before the Ohio Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Before joining Taft, Spitzig served as deputy general counsel for the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) in Washington, D.C., where she advanced legal and regulatory advocacy for public wastewater and stormwater utilities nationwide.
