Cavenwell Group, a boutique provider of digitally enabled structuring and administration solutions for private clients and family offices, is pleased to announce that it has been granted a Corporate Services Provider license by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Registration Authority.
The approval marks a significant step in Cavenwell's continued growth across the UAE and positions the firm among just 12 providers licensed in both ADGM and DIFC. Even more distinctively, Cavenwell is now one of only three fully independent firms to hold dual licenses being management-led, with no external investors, institutional shareholders, or private equity involvement.
"ADGM and DIFC are leading the charge globally, with each offering distinct advantages for different clients. Our presence in both enables us to support clients with greater flexibility, tailored to their jurisdictional and structuring preferences," said Andrew Horbury, Founder and CEO of Cavenwell Group. "We're proud to continue investing in the UAE as a long-term hub for private capital."
The ADGM office will complement Cavenwell's existing operations in the Dubai International Financial Centre, with each location offering specialist capabilities and governance frameworks to serve a diverse client base across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
From ADGM, Cavenwell will provide a full suite of corporate services, including the establishment and administration of Foundations, Holding Companies, and SPVs. The firm's technology-enabled, partner-led model continues to attract families and advisors seeking high-quality, conflict-free support in an increasingly consolidated industry.
