Maples acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Antalpha Platform Holding Company ("Antalpha") in relation to its initial public offering of 4,427,500 ordinary shares and its listing on Nasdaq. Antalpha provides financing, technology and risk management solutions to the digital asset industry. The offering, which closed on 15 May 2025, raised approximately US$56 million. The Maples team comprised associate Janelle Ho. Antalpha was also represented by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as to US law. The underwriters were represented by Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as to US law.
