RDJ has announced the appointment of Erc Walsh as a Partner in its Real Estate and Finance Practice. Based in RDJ’s Galway office, his strategic addition will reinforce the firm’s commitment to expanding its national practice and strengthening its presence in the West of Ireland.
Erc brings significant experience advising on complex finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance. He has acted for both lenders and borrowers on a range of matters including investment and development financing, loan portfolio sales, and debt and security restructurings.
His appointment enhances RDJ’s growing national team of over 30 solicitors dedicated to real estate and finance matters across its offices in Galway, Cork and Dublin.
