Antitrust and Competition Co-Leader Ann O’Brien was named to Global Competition Review’s 2025 “Women in Antitrust.” Now in its seventh edition, this prestigious list recognizes standout female private practitioners, enforcers, in-house counsel, economists and academics in the antitrust field. This is O’Brien’s second appearance on this list.
In addition to serving as Co-Leader of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice group, O’Brien leads the Criminal Antitrust and Cartels Investigation team. She leverages significant criminal antitrust experience acquired during her nearly 20-year tenure at the U.S. DOJ to represent corporate and individual clients in cutting-edge criminal and civil antitrust investigations and litigation. Recently, O’Brien successfully represented aerospace engineering outsource supplier Cyient in parallel criminal and civil matters involving novel allegations of a no-poach agreement among Pratt & Whitney, Cyient and four other outsource suppliers.
